I do not know if you know the video game series Fire Emblem, but it looks really like the character style of the 4th episode called "Genealogy of the Holy War" and more particularly to the character of Altenna.

I never though about anything like that, most of the sets only feature the one scenario where all the action takes place. The only notable exception being the series "Fallen" as it takes place in many different locations.
