When pregnant the female nipples get darker. Maybe you could give them a sligtly darker shape then normal too. I mention it because the difference between inflation and pregnancy seems hardly noticeable.

DeleteI don't change the texture of the nipples since I usually like them light colored, but I can make them puffier and bigger.
