In her room, she takes a shower/bath to wash off the insectes, her memories and the feeling off hopelessness. While she looks and tuches herself up (pregnant) she starts to whine and tear.
Until she gets interrupted from her contractions combined with the biggest orgasms in her live.
During Alex labor her [friend, ...] knocks on the door because she worries abaut her behavior and wants to talk. To push out the largest, biggest unexpected larva [maybe so unexpected that she still wears her pajama while birth] she forgets completaly the enviroment [friends, ...] and starts loud moaning. After the larva is born Alex takes it in her arms [maybe the larva suckes on her breasts] and instantly asleps due to the exaustion of the past day.
The moaning wakes up her [friends, ...] who misinterpret the larva and insectes [some larvas are not hatched yet] as a "natural/alternative Sextoy" from her new work[insight] and decide to try "it/they" out for the night.

The next day Alex dresses up and brestfeeds her big larva, still in despair over her fall.
