I wanted to make something like this for a looong time, it's a scene with many possibilities and quite original, the only similar one that I can recall was some 2D CG works by zooerastia, and it also was requested on various occasions. Now that I got my hands on some very cool(and expensive) underwater HDRI images I can finally do it properly.
